- DEPOSIT: all full sets require $20 deposit which will go towards your service. payment can be used to reschedule if the cancellation policy is followed. WE accept payment forms Cash,Card, Cash App ($2 processing fee)
- LATE POLICY: I do not charge a late fee, I offer a 15 minute grace period, after that will have to reschedule. Please be respectful of my time and communicate.
- CANCELLATIONS: Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, other-wise you will be blocked from future booking.NO CALLS will not re tolerated.
- REFILLS: MUST have 50% of your lashes to be considered a refill. Book refills 2 weeks apart for best retention. I will do foreign fills if in good condition, there will be a $10 fee. we discuss condition at consultation. Removal may be needed. if you wait a month to get a fill, it will be charged as full set.
- TOUCHUPS: If unsatisfied with the service, I offer 72 touch ups for free. YOU MUST COMMUNICATE WITH ME WITHIN 72 HOURS. Book under Mini Refill.

Consent Forms will be signed before service.
Please come with clean lashes. no mascara or eye makeup, strip lash glue etc.. If not done so, a $10 cleaning fee will be applied to your balance. Do not wear contact lenses. Refrain from caffeine like energy drinks and coffee. etc. Be prepared to lay down reasonably still for the duration of your appointment . No Phone use during service. Please put on silent. No gum chewing, and No Guests( unless ask me first) Relaxed is the only way! Remember this is your investment. Protect It Love! Thank you for booking with me. Eye Love You
